Code of Conduct
Airsoft is a game of HONOR. Call YOUR OWN hits!
Do NOT call opposing team players out. Calling opposing players out is poor sportsmanship Exception: (Grenades, IED's, Explosive devices with radius blast kill zone) The player at the center of the blast radius calls out all other players, regardless their side. *
Members are expected to abide by the rules of the field at all times. These rules vary from event to event and are usually covered in the player pack for that event.
Portray yourself as honorable at all times. This means calling hits, maintaining good sportsmanship, and following orders from the team/unit hierarchy. Unit hierarchy extends beyond our team at most events. We are expected to obey orders from the OP command structure at all times. At these events, the command structure of our team remains intact within our squad(s) unless otherwise specified by the event coordinators (e.g. Lionclaws events where squad sgts are assigned).
Be respectful to other players and their equipment. This is not a cheap sport.
Be professional and courteous at all times. Before shooting someone at point blank range, give them the "bang your dead" option first! Most will abide and be grateful. However, keep you weapon at the ready until the other play has acknowledged the hit.
Abide by the team uniform code unless otherwise specified by the event. At most large events we'll know ahead of time what the uniform of our company will be.
Clean up after yourself! This is important everywhere we go! Don't expect anyone else to police our camp grounds or staging area.
Respect your teammates during travel and at camp sites.
Members are expected to supply their own gear (including: radio, food, money, camping equipment, ruck, etc..)
Members should ensure that they are physically able to participate in a particular event prior to registration for said event.
Any equipment carried into the field by any troop must be carried out by that troop. Do not burden the team with your equipment.
Each member will be held accountable for their own actions at any airsoft related event and if such actions are deemed inappropriate the perpetrator could be suspended from team play and/or kicked off the team by a team vote.
As a member of the team participation in local events which enhance the fighting force level of the team is mandatory before anyone is allowed to attend a large event as a Myrmidon. One can't just show up to register for large events and leave.
All Mymidons will reside in the Greater Nashville area to include Clarksville (Ft. Campbell).
* Blast Radius and corresponding acceptable weapons are defined by the individual event.
